In the Spanish language, is there a distinction between:
Pillow sham - a sham matches the comforter or duvet
Pillowcase = a pillowcase matches the top and bottom sheet.

Yes, that would be the way to say it over here in Spain.

You know when you buy a comforter set (comforter, bedskirt, and 2 shams), the "set" is available in twin size for 1 person as for a child's bed, full size for a double (full) bed, queen size for a queen bed, king size for a king bed. Does that help'
