How do you get your keyboard to use Spanish punctuation ? For example the word ensenarme in Spanish won't translate without the curved line over the "n"

Let me tell you my system:

I have lived in the UK for over 10 years, and my computer and my Windows are entirely in English. However, there is s function under Control Panel that allows you to change the keyboard by just clicking on the taskbar.

When I write in English, I type normally using the UK keyboard, but when I need Spanish, I click on Spanish keyboard, and I just use the corresponding layout. You need a few days to get used to it, but when you do... all ¿¡ñáéíóúüÁÿÍÿÿÿ are just right where you need them.

I use the same function to type Japanese, Chinese or Turkish. It is worth in the long run.
