is an organization wich give advice to young people.
the word jubebtud doesn't exist in spanish

I think the three phrases are mispelled.

The first should be: "consejería para la juventud" but I don't dare to translate it (maybe youth office, but wait for more responses).

The others, as they are written, don't mean anything
