What does "dejes" mean in the sentence?

I wasn't able to get the meaning of "dejes". I listed the sentence below.

"No dejes para manana lo que puedes hacer hoy"

I can not figure out what dejes means in this sentence. Could anyone help me?

I am a beginner for learning Spanish, is there any functions for verbs changing in different tense?
Por ejemplo, adding "ing" at the end of verbs when we want to use present progressive in English.
Could anyone tell something about this?
