Wow... another example of colloquialisms... first lets break this down into just words.
"chama" is a term used to refer to a young woman. I've normally heard this used by Venezuelans but not as popular in other countries. In the norther parts of Mexico I've heard a similar word "Chamaca" with the same meaning.
"a" means 'to'
The next word is a bit tricky since it is not proper Spanish. Just as in English there is a new form of abbreviations used in text messaging, Spanish too has this form of contracted words. In this case "KE" actually is the phonetic form of the word "que"
"Te" in this case is a reference to "yourself"
and the word "dedicas" is simply to 'dedicate'
When you take the completed phrase "Chama, a que te dedicas" it means "Young Woman, what do you dedicate yourself to" in other words they are asking what it is that you do for a living.

Chama is a term used in Venezuela for a young girl. It can also be used as a term of endearment.
ke= qué used as slang in text messaging and chat
