How would I say hundreds, like if I'm buying cigarettes? is it cientos or cien'

By plurals (poorly explained on my part), I mean 200, 300, etc., not 100's.

Is Spanish your first or second language? You speak quite well in both, so it is hard to tell grin

Cien is used when the thing being counted measure exactly 100.
Ciento is used when numbers are formed with 100:
Ciento noventa (note lack of y) - One hundred and 90
Cientos is used to form the plural of 100s:
doscientos - two hundred
