the te is really a seperate word added to the end of the verb. when the verb is conjugated the pronoun is in front of the verb e.g "Te busco" = I search you/for you. But when you use the verbs infinitive then you can put the 'te' on the end e.g "Buscarte" = to search you/for you. An example of when this is used is "Yo quiero buscarse" meaning: "I want to search for him" (me, te and se can all be put on the ends of verbs)

buscarte is the infinitive "buscar" + "te" as a pronoun for "you."
Tengo que buscarte. (I have to search for you.)
If there are two verbs in a clause then you do not conjugate the second; you leave it as the infinitive. You can then add a pronoun to the end of an infinitive or you could put it directly before the first verb.
(Te tengo que buscar.)
Puedes ayudarme? (Can you help me')
Puedo ayudarte. (I can help you.)
