HI,
Have looked up Pinza int hed dictionary and it sayd "peg" or "clamp" but the expression I have seen says :"se me ha ido la pinza y he cambiado de trabajo cuando llevaba solo 3 semanas".
What does this mean in english'

Very frequently used in Spain (I wonder if also in other hispanic countries):
I have gone crazy, I have lost control, I am out of my mind (all of which figuratively speaking)
