I have just noticed your native language is Spanish so you obviously do not want to know the Spanish meaning.
Reached is the past tense of to reach.

Heidita is correct. To reach - alcanzar, extender,alargar, llegar a, llegar hasta.
One of the terms I like for reach is "el dinero no me alcanza" - I don't have enough money
