If you write it as "cógeme", it is no slang. In Spain it means "catch me", "take me".
However, because of some curious historical reasons, the verb "coger" (to take, to grab) came to mean "to f''' in most parts of America, so this sentence will be understood as... well, you know (clue: it is not "catch me", but similar in structure).
