What is the origin of the letter ÿç ?
I only see it in the name of the Caribbean island ÿuracao. I checked the Dutch alphabet but it doesn't appear to be that.

Wikipedia was the first place I looked but had no idea what it was called, so I found nothing. I knew the Spanishdict wizards would know.
