In this case would be nice to say:

Puedes contar conmigo/ Cuenta con mi apoyo/Pase lo que pase estaré contigo...
When you use "estar contigo", implies not necessarily a phisical presence.

No te preocupes, que...

...puedes contar conmigo
...estoy a tu lado.
...estoy contigo.
...no te voy a dejar solo/a.
...para eso están los amigos.
...me tienes para lo que haga falta.

Y otros más que no se me ocurren ahora.

Gracias, Vernic.

E.g, if somone close to you is having a problem and is loosing faith in him/herself to solve it. Or afraid of loosing your love and respect, loose face in general. And then you want to express, you are there for him/her.

Hola Gitte!
Estoy a tu lado.
Also is very common the spanish phrase: Estoy contigo.
There are many ways to say this phrase, can change depending on the situation.
If are you thinking in a particular situation, can be helpful to finding the propper words.
