Someone from Brazil is spamming a Y!A forum with cut-and-paste English which doesn't make any sense. I would like to know how to say: "Please stop it. This is an English forum. You are in violation of community guidelines."

If the person sending the spam is from Brazil, you need a response in Portuguese. There might be someone on this forum who can help you. There are lots of members who speak several languages. Good luck.
