I can help with with some of those, but to describe the pronunciation is difficult (but not impossible) without a microphone. In any case, you'll have to ask one question at a time. What would you like to learn first? The sounds will be learnt best with audio clips, but at least I can tell you how similar are to English, what the differences are, and how should you place your tongue, lips, etc.
My advice:
The only advantage of Spanish over English is its logical spelling system. Most letters represent only one sound, and a few ones two, but always following strictly regular rules -no exceptions. Learn these simple rules, and you will be able to read 100% of the words accurately, and you won't have to spend years asking "how do I pronounce this word'". Avoid those absurd phonetical transcriptions to aid with the pronunciation.
Hi J
It will be difficult to learn how to speak on a forum. You will need to enrol in a local Spanish class or at least follow a Spanish course using books and discs.

Hi Diva
For a start, we have a Spanish beginners group here with 344 members. Why don't you join and be number 345. Select groups and you will see the Spanish Beginners section. See how you get on from there.
