"Cuero" is the skin of any animal, and also leather. The expression "en cueros" means naked. "Cuerito" is the diminutive of "cuero". It just sounds cuter.

In Cuba, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Venezuela, Guatemala, Honduras Mexico and other countries it also means other things (depending on the place), like "beautiful woman", a musical intrument, "ugly woman"... but I don't know know how they use them exactly.
