Do not stand at my grave and weep.
It is not goodbye for us it is "hasta luego" because we are going to meet up again on spanishhelp.com where we will continue our great friendship and learning the beautiful language of Spain . Let's look at it as a new lease of life a new beginning , and who knows it may be temporary when S D realises that the forum is the heart and sole of S D and without it S D may wither on the vine, not that I want that to happen , but, it may.
I also will miss everyone that has ever been here ,it has been a part of my life for such a long time ,I was proud to be a "spanishdictaholic" and always will be, perhaps it is time that we did move on and started a new and exciting life on S H maybe we could be "spanishelpergringos" .
So thank you for all what you have done on S D ,we are an incredible bunch of misfits that somehow seamed to fit in and meld into one happy group , so onward and upward mis amigos los amo a todos , adiós y nos vemos mañana en spanishelp.xxxxxx

Life's really going down the tubes. So much so that I just want to forget about life and get that dress I tried on at Dress Barn a couple weeks ago to help take my blues away.
Thanks so much Amber, Ian, and Ray for the tremendous committment you all showed every day. Amber, I've said this before: I don't recall you missing even one day with Word of the Day over the years I've been here. I'm literally tearing up now. It just doesn't seem fair.
But through all this I see a spirit on the part of everyone to move on and to try to stay together. I believe the next stop is Spanish Help. I hope to see you and the others there and hopefully we can get back much of what we will be losing shortly.
I feel like I'm gatecrashing a family funeral here. Ok I was a member here years ago.... then left..... then returned.... then left .... then returned lol. But many of you guys posting now have been here through thick and thin.
I can almost feel the emotion that is emanating through your posts. I actually feel quite emotional for you guys.
You know you are all more than welcome on SH. It will never replace SD, I know that. But there have been some significant and positive developments already. Many old faces are returning to study together.
Well, it's getting late here in England so I'm going to bed shortly. When I wake up the SD forum will be no more. So, all the very best guys - you are all brilliant. Take care x
