Capitalisation of words

I am writing a controlled assessment and I’m not sure wether españa has to have a capital e or not. One of the sentences is “en españa el colegio termina..”, another is “ en españa la religión...”, should españa be capitalised ?

In Spanish the rules for capitalization are easy.

1. Names of people and places.

2. The first word in a sentence.

3. The first word in the title of a book or article.
