Question

Is this the name of the website where people will ask and answer questions from next week on?

Polenta, we hope to keep the community alive and this is just one option we are offering. When I say we I'm not talking as a moderator of SD. Just as part of a group who wants to have a place to continue this exchange. We really would like to everybody to give it a try. It's not the same as SD and some features will not be available but we will try our best to make it work.

This is a link to the site. We would love to see all of you there. We really hope that combining the tools from SpanishDict with the exchange there we will somehow fill up the blanks.

I'd like to know. What is happening?

This forum is closing, last day 10/17/2017- a few days from now.

People from here are already moving to the alternate forum that Guillermo has linked to try to maintain the group. I am sure it will take a bit to get it all worked out, but I believe the intent is to provide as much of what this forum provided there as possible. The structure is very different, so there is a learning curve in using it.

I am sure everyone would love to see you there.
