Can someone help me with tenses
Can soemone tell me all the tenses for verbs in spanish to most popular to least popular? Because I am confused by them example: a lot of lists only have 14 but I have apps that have 19 tenses.

Some of my friends have a book called 501 verbs which has them all plus a grammar section.
In addition to the usual verbs plus the imperative that is used for commands, Spanish has the subjunctive mood. You can make yourself understood without the subjunctive, but you will reach a stage where you will need to learn it.
Theoretically there is a future tense in the subjunctive but there is no need to learn it.
You just need to gradually build your tenses. You will start with the present tense and will also learn the progressive tense which is Estar + gerund - not used as often as in English. You can use ir a for the future.
I like the present perfect made with Haber + past participle but this is used more widely in Spain than elsewhere. The endings of Haber with the h removed are the endings for the future tense. In addition in the form hay it means there is and there are. You then need the preterite and imperfect but will spend time learning when to use each. Next the conditional then the imperative which is used a lot in Spanish. It is in effect the same as the present subjunctive except for Tu and vosotros affirmative commands.
Learn gradually. I find music helps. Remember it is building blocks when you are ready to master the subjunctive you will need to remember the first person present and later 3rd person plural preterite.
There are lots of compound tenses used in reported speech etc, but though they are said to be different tenses they are just variations of Haber + past participle.
Remember you can make yourself understood using just present tense that is how babies start to learn. Enjoy yourself and if you have a problem ask.
