The degree to which pronunciation is changed depends on the ability of the speaker, the situation and the desires of the person with the name.
Look at the name Jose (José). In English I say it with a normal English h, and the s has a z sound and the emphasis is less on the e. In Spanish the roof of the mouth h, the true s, and emphasis on the e. Because I can do both. But which I do varies on the situation.
If I see a name in French, or most other languages, it will be my best wrong attempt no matter what.
I have no idea how my first name is said in the language of its origin. I do know how to say my last name how it would be said in its country of origin, and every once in a while meet someone who says it that way. But normally I and everyone else use an anglicized version.
I could say guess at how to say Floyd with a Spanish accent, but that is just mimicking what I think someone who has a Spanish accent would do. There is no benefit to that.
Here's IPA phonetic & the pronunciation in Spanish is the same in English: fl??d.
