Interesting phrase "de la forma que sea"

Question

Hi, I have searched both spanishdict.com and lingee for the context / meaning of this phrase but haven't had much luck. "de la forma que sea" is the phrase. Thank you all!

I would do whatever is necessary to visit him.

Another example:

Juana va a comprar esta casa de la forma que sea. She could borrow money, get a loan, whatever it takes, but she will buy the house.

In this case, "de la forma que sea" is equivalent to "no importa los medios", by whatever means necessary, by any means.

Context is paramount. I can think of 6 different translations for that, just in a few seconds.

Remember: without a context that is pretty much a verbal Rorschach inkblot test.
