Parece que la pregunta se trata de una clase entre varias que a alguien no le guste, entonces sería mejor decir: ¿Cuál es la clase que no te gusta?

¿Cuál clase no te gusta? Or ¿Qué clase no te gusta?

I believe the first is acceptable in Latin American Spanish, and the second preferable in the Spanish of Spain (but that is only from what I understand).
