What does estoy mean in english and what is it used for?

Estoy means I am in english.
You can use estoy for location, weather, health and emotions. Some people use mix up soy and estoy. They think " Its just the same thing" But it's actually not.
Soy also means I am but it is used to describe, to say time, gender, origin, and profession.
Estoy and and Soy have the same meanings but different uses. Hoped this helped!
