As far as I know, ingrediens is not a word in English or in Spanish.
The English and Spanish words are as follows:
ingredient (English) el ingrediente (Esp)
Here is a short video in which the Spanish word ingrediente is pronounced by a native speaker.
Many words have pronunciations and or short videos on the definition pages in the SD dictionary.;
