Las Requiramos???

Hola. In this cooking video she says several times, evidently, that we take something out... It sounds to me like she is saying "las requiramos", but the definition of "requirir" doesn't seem to make sense. Can someone listen and explain what she is saying. At around minute 4.40 she says lo retiramos It's from the verb retirar or take it away or out of the pot.. I suppose the others must be the same.
