Idioms in A Mover el Bote
I'm 48 years old a new spanish speaker. Moving from some day I'm going to learn spanish to... I'm going to learn spanish today!
In the song a Mover el Bote by LOS TUCANES DE TIJUANA the refrain is:
Suelo Suelo Suelo....
I know it translates to floor or ground but does that mean something like "get down"?
Also, is it correct that "Hay que divertirnos hasta por los codos" is kind of like "We'll have fun and can't ever stop" or "'We'll have fun 'til the cows come home" kind of thing?
One last one... the title, "Move the Boat". Is that also slang?

hasta los codos means completely and utterly, so yes, your interpretation is correct.
Está hasta los codos. he is pissed out of his mind. More elegantly: he is so drunk he can't even stand upright. 
Move he boat...slang? not over here in Spain.
