I think, in this context, would be more specific:
¿Este caso va a ser llevado a Juicio?
¿Este caso será consignado?
The part "ser usado" concerns a part of/ element of the trial.

Sorry, ana, we definitely need some context. The sentence itself looks all right. Include the Spanish sentence, that would be best.
