Welcome to the forum. Is Spanish your first language?

Do you still go out with them is fine.

Your second translation sounds odd.

I would say ' Are you still going out with them?'. Eg to be not to have.

To me they mean the same. I might also say 'Do you still see them' which is more neutral.

If I have missed the point, please use the edit button to amend your question.
