Ok, but after this you must promise to study. That is the only way you are going to learn. - rac1, Sep 22, 2017
Grace car is Carro in Mexico. Pay attention to the answers in the quiz and enjoy yourself - Mardle, Sep 22, 2017
There are regional differences to your question. In Spain, it's conducir un coche. In the Americas, it's manejar un carro. - NKM1974, Sep 22, 2017

Yo puedo manejar un carro." Graham4232

Welcome to the forum, graham smile

This answer is from a Mexican speaker, Grace.

I would say (Spain)

Sé conducir un coche.

Mardle was almost right, but we don't use "como" here, however, her second option was spot on.

You could say:

Sé como conducir un coche. That means I know how to drive a car.

Puedo conducir un coche I can drive a car.

However, I am not a native speaker and I do not know your level of Spanish or where you are based. For example Mexicans use the verb manejar for to drive so if you are based in the US that may be the better choice. For basic phrases the translator on the home page is good and with individual words will link to further information and sentences.

Mardle. I don't think como is normally used. Saber can be translated as to know how to do something. - DilKen, Sep 22, 2017
I did check it in Wordreference but how to your knowledge. - Mardle, Sep 22, 2017

We will not do your homework for you. However, if you give it a try we will help you out with corrections or suggestions.

I will also give you a helpful hint in this case.

In English, we can use "can" in both of the following circumstances.

I have my car here. I can drive to the party.

I can drive. My Dad taught me how to drive last year and I passed my driver's test.

Only in ONE of the above sentences could you use "poder" which is Spanish for "to be able to / can" In this other case you need to use a different Spanish verb.

Here is a link for you. Poder in Spanish

Sorry I have done this one. I usually hold off but rac's comments seemed to hint we should answer. I didn't know you had done. - Mardle, Sep 22, 2017
Whoops rac's comments were on another post. - Mardle, Sep 22, 2017

Drive could be manejar o conducir depending on the region.

Car could be carro, auto, automóvil or coche depending on the region.

A simple sentence but you will have to choose depending on what kind of Spanish you want to use.

All of them will be understand by everybody I guess.
