Para preguntar usas DO excepto cuando se trata de he, she o it o sea las terceras personas del singular. En este caso usas DOES.

Do you like milk? (You).
Does María work? (María es she).
Does the room have a Windows? (the room es it).
Do Tom and Lucy speak English? ( Tom y Lucy son they).
Do the rooms have Windows? ( the rooms es plural y por lo tanto they).
Does your father eat bananas? ( Your father es he).

etc.

También se usa "do" cuando se trata de "we."

Tom and I do everything together. ("Tom and I" somos "we."
