If someone said "neta ya. Cunado?" in response to a selfie picture, what would that be translated to in English?

I believe Neta is mexican slang for something like legit but I'm wondering what it might mean in this particular context. The quote is "Neta ya. cunado?" - Elizabeth4945, Sep 15, 2017

In Mexico is very common. You even call someone you like cuñado [cuñáo, sometimes], even if there is no relationship whatsoever. When you like someone's sister you may call them cuñado/cuñada. When someone's sister is good looking is common to say that so and so "está cuñado"

.¡Anda ya!

So, my guess, still a guess but now an educated guess raspberry

neta ya. Cunado?

In Spanish:

la verdad....guapo eh?

nice eh?....good-looking , right?

Interesting. This is as baffling to me as the use of "mola" in Spain. Just sounds like a nonsensical word with an unexpected meaning. - Gekkosan, Sep 16, 2017

This seems to be one of those twitters.

- Gekkosan, Sep 15, 2017
...y definitivamente, parece ser slang mexicano. - Gekkosan, Sep 15, 2017

Obviously knowing where the "someone" who wrote that is from would shed some light. IF the person is Mexican, then NKM's links might be accurate. I was not familiar with that meaning. Otherwise, it is likely a typo.
