Is this email right?
Hi teacher,
I hope you are well.
I am writing this email, because I need to know if you are available on Saturday to take the English lessons with you. I would like to take it in the morning because I have to be at work in the afternoon from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, so how about at the university at 9:00 am? If it works for you, let me know please.
Kind regards,
Carlos García

Welcome to the forum. Is this an email you want to send to a teacher, or one you are writing to use and improve your English?

I hope you are well.

Better - I am contacting you, because I need to know if you are available on Saturday to give me an English lesson/class. ( If it is a course of lessons then available Saturdays to give me English lessons) I would like (to take) it in the morning because I have to be at work (in the afternoon) from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm, so how about at the university at 9:00 am?
Better A morning class/morning classes are better for me as I have to start work at 1 pm. Would 9.00 am at the university be convenient for you?
If it works for you, let me know please, if not can you let me know what other arrangements are available.
Do let me know if you do not understand my amendments or if you want me to write this in Spanish I don't know if you are more used to American or British English. To me a teacher can take a class in which case she teaches the students, but usually the student takes a class and the teacher gives a class. I thought ' ( in the afternoon) was unnecessary as you had given the times as 1 pm to 8 pm
Hi Mardle,
Thanks for helping me with this text. I am trying and improve my writing skills in English, and yes, I could understand you very well
Hi María, or Hi Ms. Smith,
