Hi! Welcome to the forum. As in English, there are quite a few different ways of saying this.

Me llamo Billy = I am called Billy

Soy Billy = I am Billy

Mi nombre es Billy = My name is Billy (a little too literal and less commonly used I believe)

I make them sign a contract binding them to it secrecy, with dire threats of unending suffering if the secret is breached.

Yes, of course, but after doing that, how do you tell them your name? - jtaniel, Sep 8, 2017
Sounds like the Freemasons, Gekko! - FELIZ77, Sep 8, 2017
Jtaniel: you'll need to sign a non disclosure contract before I can tell you. - Gekkosan, Sep 14, 2017

  • Me llamo + your name (literally means I am called...) (casual)

  • Soy + your name (literally means I am...) (more casual)

  • Mi nombre es + your name = My name is + your name (formal)

For examples:

Mi nombre es Paco - My name is Paco

Soy Jane Doe - My name is Jane Doe

Me llamo Federico - My name is Federico
