When to use Tu and Vuestro
When to use Tu and Vuestro

Hi Kristine, welcome to the forum ![]()
Well, this is a regional issue.
tu is second person possessive adjective.. It means "your" (singular!!)
Tu amiga es guapa . Your friend is pretty.
Vuestro is a possessive adjective or a pronoun. it means your or yours (plural!) .
Vuestro amigo es muy inteligente. (your friend is...here "adjective")
El parque es vuestro ( the park is yours...here "pronoun")
I said before this is a regional usage, as in Spain we use tu and vuestro all the time, in other Spanish speaking countries, the "Usted" form is more common and they hardly ever use "tu or vuestro".
Hello!
These two links from the wordreference might be pertinent to this subject.
Hope this helps.
