Ok: It's a lot of questions, and I really can't get through the lot, but I can correct a few, and that should give you an idea:

¿En qué areas se destaca usted, y en cuáles cree que necesita mejorar?

¿Cuál es su plan de 30, 60, 90? (I have never heard this expression in Spanish - it may not make sense at all to a Spanish speaker, unless this is a common question where they live).

¿A usted qué le produce estrés, y cómo lo maneja?
Anyway, the translations you supplied are very literal, and most do not sound very natural at all. Some are just plain grammatically incorrect. However, in a pinch, a native Spanish speaker should be able to understand what you mean when reading them. I hope that helps somehow.

En efecto, totalmente diferente, aquí todo el mundo se tutea y te tutea, te guste o no.
Ultraman, Julian has touched a very important issue. The questions I have copied and pasted above are from a Spanish website, from Spain. Here the second person is used for everybody.
You should not "tutear" anybody in other countries. it is considered impolite apart from not common at all.
Anyway, the questions are very typical.

Now, the part about the "Interview" you already said. My curiosity arises because it seems like you or some other non-Spanish speaker plans to conduct the interview, and if that's the case, judging from the number of errors in those sentences, this could lead to a number of additional complications.
I would offer different suggestions depending on what exactly is the purpose of the exercise.
