"well at least say something"

Question

Here is the situation... You are talking to a friend and keep asking them questions, but they remain speechless. After some point, you start to feel that anything would be better than silence, and you end up saying "well at least say something!"

To me it seems like it falls between the imperative and the subjunctive. It's not quite a command ("Say something!"), but also seems like it is more than just a hope or wish ("I hope you say something.").

How would you say it in Spanish?

"I hope you say something." is translated as "Espero or Ojalá que digas algo."

"Well, at least say something!" is translated as "¡Bueno/vaya/pues, al or por lo menos diga algo!"
