Le hablar or Hablarle, What's the Difference?
In my head, in both ways this would mean To talk to him/her/it. I've noticed numerous times that this article (and others such as me, te...) seem to hop around from in front of the verb to after it. Can anyone explain to me how it works? Or merely tell me the name of this grammar rule so I can search it up! ¡Muchas gracias!

Yo le hablo, yo le hablé, yo le hablaba, yo le he hablado, yo le hablaré. etc.always take the le before the verb.
When it's an infinitive.
Tengo que hablarle or Le tengo que hablar
When it's an -ing form (or gerund or present participle.)
Yo le estoy hablando or Yo estoy hablándole
There could be a poem or a very old text saying hàblole but it's only for these reasons Neither for everyday Spanish nor even formal Spanish. is it used after. Therefore just forget it.
