whats your name how to answer that and any other sentences i should know also i'm learning spain spainish

Are you an adult on a course learning Spanish? You should have a book or resources with basic introductions in it. If you are at school or college you are taught the phrases then use them. - Mardle, Aug 25, 2017

¿Cómo te llamas? Means what are you called. The answer using the same verb is Me llamo .... or mi nombre es ..

Are you looking to answer questions at the start of the lesson? Are you using a book with the sentences you need?

This site has various lessons and flashcards with the phrases you need. Why not have a go writing a few and we will correct them.you can edit your original question. There is no point learning answers that you do not understand.

If you are learning Peninsular Spanish, I would recommend LightSpeed Spanish by Gordon Smith & Cynthia Durán. They have a YouTube channel that covers mostly formal & informal lesson of Peninsular Spanish & British English. It also mentions regional differences between the US/UK & Spain/Latin America.

I am sure that your Spanish teacher gave you the information on both the questions and typical answers. I would never expect a student to recite something in my class without previously teaching all the vocabulary relevant to the exercise.
