Word for word it's: "Let's see what kind of face you're looking at me with."
I't has the feeling of, "Are you serious?" Do you mean it? Are you fooling me? "Let's see if you're being "two-faced" or not."

Ah, in English, ending a sentence with a preposition is not correct, but people do talk that way.
