If you are writing a name do you put La in front of Sra? ex: La. Sra. West or just Sra. West

If it's just a question of a signature, or if you are addressing a person, then "la" is not needed. If you are talking or writing about a person, then the "la" is needed.
Ex. La Sra. Smith es heredera de la finca de su padre.
