New glitch....voting up

I have noticed a new glitch in SD that just began today, and I am wondering if I am the only one that it is happening to....
When I click to vote up someone else's answer, the number is not changing. I noticed this because I voted on a few answers that had no votes before mine, and the number stayed at zero. It was only if I hit "Unvote" that the number actually changed.
It happened 3 times so far today. Has this happened to anyone else?

That happens to me as well. I usually have to recheck which users received or haven't received a vote. If you have to revote again, do so just to make sure it's marked with a 1 vote instead of 0.
