Updating my profile

Question

Hello everyone. I have a problem with pdating my profile. I wonder if any one could help me. After i have filled in my profile info and clic the update button the new info is still there, but after I close the page and open it again the info is gone. Does anybody know what I should do? Thank you.

Thank you for your replies. I have figuered out what the problem was. I failed to put my year of birth into the box provided for it, as I did not want to have it displayed. I realized later that it would not be seen by the public. Again thank yhou for your help.

I will just post this comment here, as the question seems to have no answer.

Frike, it might be the picture. Have you tried to change your profile picture at the same time as updating info?

Try to do the info first, let's see if it works. Then the picture, if that is your intention, so you can tell whether it's the picture or not.

If you still have a problem, you will find a little gray tab on the right hand side of the page, on any page, and you can send your quest there, they will surely have an answer.

In any case, these last three days we have been having some problems with posting answers etc, the staff is working on it. That might be another reason for your problem

Yes, that should work. Update the profile without the picture, then go back in and edit to add a picture. - rac1, Aug 14, 2017
