Arturo:

The following from the SD dictionary for behold may help:

  1. (literary) (to observe)
    a. contemplar (literary)
The poor knight was stricken with amorous passion from the moment he beheld the damsel.
El pobre caballero se llenó de pasión amorosa desde el primer momento que contempló a la doncella.
    b. mirar
Phyllis was simply stunned the first time that she beheld the Alps in person.
Phyllis se quedó asombrada la primera vez que miró los Alpes en persona.
  2. (literary) (as a command)
    a. he aquí
Behold, ladies and gentlemen, the awesome spectacle of... the Boneless Wonder!
He aquí, señoras y señores, el impresionante espectáculo de... ¡La Maravilla Deshuesada!
    b. mirad
The prophet cried out, "Behold! The sun turns red!"
El profeta exclamó: "¡Mirad! ¡El sol se vuelve rojo"

Dani: to save you time, you can just write E! from now on and I'll know what you mean. Just kidding. Thanks. :) - DilKen, Aug 11, 2017

Hello Artur,

Welcome to our Spanishdict community forum smile

You said/asked:

To start with, the word should be correctly written as one word (not two words!) : behold

There are several different meanings of the word: behold in the Oxford English/Spanish Dictionary and Ken has mentioned most of them

However, I believe that in the context of the sentence that you have provided in your request, the meaning is: Behold a fantastic future!

You could say:

¡Contempla un futuro fantástico! = Behold /contemplate a fantastic future!

A literal translation of this sentence using the verb 'mirar' = to look/gaze at, would not be approriate here as we are not talking about someone you could have looked at like Mary, the handmaiden of the Lord, but rather contemplating an idea of a future that could be wonderful!

I hope this helps you! smile

Corrijan mi español si es necesario, por favor smile

A synonym in English for behold could be "feast your eyes upon". It is to look at or see something with a sense of wonderment or awe.
