In the UK we use 'Tom, Dick and Harry' always in that order. Tom is short for Thomas, Dick is short for Richard and Harry for Henry. Some people in the UK find the use of the word Dick very funny, but that is only without a capital letter when it is used informally for the Spanish equivalent of chicken with an a!
