English: A Luis Miguel song called "Y Sigo" has two lines that perplex me (I do not know how to translate them).

Already you see with your departure (or game?), you have carried me ???

I am ??? your lack of affection, dying inside for not seeing you again.

Luis Miguel

HI Schenck, nice to meet you smile

You didn't get the meaning quite right.

You know...(you can see) that leaving me you have taken my life away/you have taken my life with you.

I am stabbing myself with your lack of love dying inside for not seeing you again.

Y.ou see with your departure, you have even taken my life from me.

The verb "clavar" is to nail.or to put a nail as on the wall. When you put a nail on the wall, you damage it or make a hole in it. For a person it could be translated as "hurt".

I am hurt by your lack of love, dying inside of me for not seeing you again.
