I think it would be, Que Dios los bendiga.

Super close.

Que dios bendiga a los dos

Anytime you want to say something like "the both of us", "the three of us" it's los dos, los tres, los cuarto, etc.

Oooh, I see what you're saying now. Kind of surprised that "les" needs to be in there - rodneyp, Aug 4, 2017
yes, Heidi, I read it incorrectly. I was saying God bless them. I will change mine. - Echoline, Aug 4, 2017
The interesting thing is Google returns a few exact matches from my version as well. Would that be attributed to regional differences? Or just bad grammar on the behalf of some? - rodneyp, Aug 4, 2017
I just think it's attributed to Google's bad translation. - Eddy, Aug 4, 2017
Actually in Latin América we will say "que Dios los bendiga", never "le". In Spain they use "le" to refer to the direct object when the direct object is a person (in the male form) but here we don't. - Shamelesspanish, Aug 4, 2017
Eddy! Good to see you. :):) - rac1, Aug 4, 2017
Eddy, that wasn't Google translate, I did a search to see how many people use it that way. It's a good test to gauge if your sentence is correct. A lot responses means it's at least commonly used, although maybe not grammatically correct. - rodneyp, Aug 6, 2017

Que Dios les bendiga a los dos.
or
Que Dios los bendiga a los dos.

This depends on the region. We use the second one and understand both.
