Hello, can you help me to understand the sentence?

I am not sure what does "salir" mean in this sentence. I don't think all of his plans just came to life and left on their own.

Or? Does he really hate when his plans just come to life and leave? :O That's pretty disturbing.

I make a lot of plans and they always come true.

In this case it mean "to turn out well" as in:

I love it that all my plans turn out well.

I'm glad that everything I plan works out so well.

I just thought I would add another comment about this sentence.

Me encanta que todos mis planes salgan.

I love it that all my plans work out (well).

Note that in Spanish, there is no bien at the end of the sentence. In this case the word "well" in English is quite optional as well..

However, there are many, many times in Spanish that there is a shorthand way of saying things, and there are fewer words than we would have in English. Two quick examples.

No puedo más.

I can't take it anymore.

I can't eat anymore.

And many other meanings, depending on context.

Here's one more.

Y con eso lo tengo.

And that's enough for me.

And that is sufficient for me.

That all I need to accomplish what I want to do.

Nadie puede con él.

No one can ever beat him. (beat = defeat)

Salir means have good results here. To be successful or not.

Yo no cocino mucho porque ningún plato me sale bien.
Quisiera dibujar pero cada vez que lo intento me sale mal.
Dije una mentira pero al final todo me salió mal.
A Juan la jugada le sale siempre mal.

Salir has many meanings. apart from "to leave". For example : to cost, or to have the price.

¿Cuánto sale este auto?
Sale 12.000 dólares.

Me encanta que todos mis planes salgan (bien)
I love when all my plans succeed.

I thought that encanta in this sentence was just an irony and that confused me. Thank for responses, just learnt new phrase.
