If you add context and explain what exactly you wish to say, it will be easier to answer your question. - Gekkosan, Aug 2, 2017

it would be "el uno al otro", "uno a otro" or their feminine equivalents

el uno al otro
uno al otro
la una a la otra (fem)
una a la otra (fem)
mutuamente

They speak to each other.
Ellos se hablan uno al otro. or
Ellos se hablan. ( the se gives the uno al otro so it's not necessary but you could like use se and uno al otro too.)

We look at one another.
Nosotros nos miramos.
or
Nosotros nos miramos uno al otro.
Nosotros nos miramos mutuamente. (again mutuamente is not really necessary)

You can't translate this word for word. You need to use the reciprocal "se" with an occasional clarifier such as "el uno al otro" or the feminine version there of, or plural "unos a otros"

Example. La temporada de la Navidad es cuando muchas personas se dan regalos unos a otros.

The Christmas season is when many persons give each other presents. Or "give presents to each other."
