Took a stab at this, Help please
¿Invitaste a Sara? Juan: (Yes, you invited her to go to the beach.) Si, yo invité sara a ir a la playa. Pablo: ¡Qué genial! Podemos tener una cita doble. Juan: Espera, no sé si Sara saldrá conmigo. (I left a message on her answering machine.) . Pablo: Está bien. (Call me tomorrow.) llamas me mañana. Juan: (Listen, I have two tickets for tonight's jazz concert!)

In the above sentence I would use the present tense. I think you are wanting to describe what you usually do, not what you used to (past tense) normally do.
All OK, except that last sentence. School didn't start one time at 8:00, it used to always start at 8:00, it was habitual. In addition you used the first person singular preterite (Yo) form of empezar. It should be third person singular. Fortunately, when you switch to imperfect the 1st and 3rd person are the same. ![]()
I could see using present tense for all of the above is this is what you normally do. If you mean this is what you used to do, then I would change the verbs in the second sentence to imperfect to be consistent with the first sentence. Otherwise, you would be saying that you normally had to work in the garden on Saturday's but you only had to rake and mow the lawn one time...probably not what you wanted to say.
Looks OK. You shifted properly from things you did habitually using the imperfect to something that happened just once using the preterite.
Verb tenses look OK. A few minor fixes. Personal a before Sara. Capitalize Sara. Llámame mañana. This is a command and you should attach pronouns to commands. Eschuca, not escuche. This is a friend and you are talking informally (tú form). The tú imperative usually agrees with the 3rd person present indicative. Concierto is masculine so you should use "el" instead of "la."
Finally, in most cases you can omit the yo. Since the verb shows that you are talking about yourself (e.g. tengo) it is much more common to omit 1st person subject pronouns unless you want to emphasize that it was "you" who did it. This comment applies to your entire story.
Nice job overall. Congratulations.
