Could it be you meant on the telephone?
Por favor permanezca en línea.
or
Por favor permanezca en el teléfono.
You could also say:
No cuelgue. Permanezca en línea.

In Spain, please hold can be said in two ways:
- Espere un momento, no cuelgue
- No cuelgue, por favor.
